Make time for opportunity
Date 8th September 2022
Time 08:30 – 16:00
Location: Aqua Shard, London
Sitematch has been stimulating development and economic growth by facilitating brief ‘speed-dating’ style meetings between the public and private sector since 2012. Sitematch is a one-day annual property event which helps to create and sustain working relationships between public sector landowners and planning authorities, and private sector developers and investors.
This year, Sitematch offers you more relevance, with new themed workstreams to help you identify the people and organisations who can speak to your specific objectives and sectors.
Also new in 2022, Sitematch offers you more exposure through the Sitematch Showcase, enabling you to reach all Sitematch delegates with your case study of regeneration and partnership.
And of course, Sitematch remains fully targeted, a direct networking event providing a proven, in-person platform to help you make relevant connections through focused one-to-one meetings. We continue to set up your meetings in a structured process designed to create opportunities for the public and private sector development community to do business.

“Just over £3 billion worth of our pipeline is in direct partnership with public bodies. Public bodies, local authorities and government own 40% of developable land – Sitematch is a fantastic idea for bringing people together and starting to build some relationships and trust.”
Richard Upton, deputy chief executive, U+I
“Sitematch is a great event, hence our attendance every year. Speaker selections are always good with market leading thoughts and knowledge shared to set the scene of the event.”
Jonathan Martin, director of investment and delivery, London Borough of Waltham Forest
It has been a great pleasure to see Sitematch evolve and it has become a real fixture on the development event calendar. Sitematch stands up against any event of this kind in the world.”
