According to the plans, 40% of the homes will be let at an affordable rate, and will make TfL a major landlord in London.
The to the transport authority, the sites would play a major role in unlocking development and regeneration by opening up new spaces, creating jobs and stimulating economic growth.
TfL has plans to build more than 10,000 homes on its own portfolio across London,t half of all homes it had brought forward since May 2016 had been affordable.
At the next Sitematch London event on 7 February, TfL will meet with private sector developers and investors. For more information, contact Jake Westhead on 020 7978 6840.
